In our last class, we read about President Kim Dae-Jung and his struggle and success in learning English when he was more than 40 years old.
President Kim wrote that there is no easy way to learn English. He mentioned some of the ways that he studied, like learning grammar from Trinity English and watching TV 2 hours a day when he was in England. He also had a private teacher for a while.
What is your preferred way of learning English? Reading a book? Watching a movie or a TV show? Talking to foreigners? Writing a diary in English? Listening to a pop song? There are so many methods -- which one works best for you?

I think it depends on a person.
In my opinion, If you are good at English, watching TV and reading a megazine could help you. However, If not, It's not going to be help you, I think.
I always be with English. It's the best way to study English for me. For example I take 5 English related classes in this semestar. I also like to listen to a pop song. It could work on me, hopefully.
When I was in the states, my brother and I studied English very hard. Therefore we have tried all the things that are listed.
Among all those methods, reading books and watching television worked the best for both of us.
To study engilsh well , I think I need have confidence. But I keep firmly to learn english grammar , structure, reading and so on.
I think we can learn them from internet, books, teachers ...
To talk english with native language(English people) to practise speaking.
Writing english is the best way for me. I take four english class this semester. A lot of english assignments helped me to improve my english.
My favorite learning english is listening pop song. When I listen to pop song, I don't hearing that perfectly. So I try to find song lyrics, then I don't understand that meaning everything. And I try to find that's meaning with dictionary.

I think you should contact with english many times and many ways.
In my case I have took four english class in semester.
So I study english from monday to friday.
And It is a good way to watch english movies or sitcoms with no subtitles.
When you have a chance to speak english, Have confidence !
It will helps you to leaen english.
In order to study English, I watched the movie.
But the movie is too fast and difficult.
Thereofre I read books and watch an animation.
when I was study english, i studied grammar, and i recited a word and a vocabulary.
but, recently, i change think about study english .
i watch U.S.A movies, i trying to hard listenig and write the word of actor.
to best way to study english is

I think to study well of English is writing a diary in English or listening to a pop song.
Because to writing a diary in English is very useful, it use grammer, so Grammer skil will rise.
And listening to a pop song is also useful too because listening is very impotant of English.
But most important thing is fun of English study.

When it comes to learn english, i prefer to study TV darama that things are titled Friends, Sex and the city and i have a onother way is studying Toeic.
But most important learning english study is i think passion. It is very good way.

The best way to study enlgish is at once speaking and translating english. This pattern suddenly improve your english ability, because enlgish also is a language that have different grammer against korean.
If two pattern is difficulty to study, you will try to study again, again and again, So you can heard that and translate that.

this method can't help but think enlgish grammer,pronounce and so on, so it seems to be good at enlgish.
I have studied english through two opinion of top in these days
its idea is good, i think.
In my opinion, watching movie.
I like movie. I'm not miss out genre. My favorite the simpson.
first, Just watching with subtitle.
second, without korean subtitle and with english subtitle.
Last, remove subtitle. So I watching threetimes. I can learn listen and real conversation.
going abroad alone where there are no korean at all. it is the best way lol.........
I love to listen the music.
I often print its words, and recite them while listen the popsong.

To study engilsh well, I think I must continually learn by heart a vocabulary. and till used to learning by heart a vocabulary I must continually read vocabulary.
also, must read many english books.
I think learn english must fun.
because fun is not difficult. so
student feel fun when they are learn english.
I think the best way is to meet many foreigner friends.
Watching TV and drama and movie, listening the pop song, writing english is the best way for me. Especially, I hear that the words of a song and write down in my notebook frequently.
I think one works best for me what is my preferred way of learning English is talking to foreigners.
First of all, It would be familiarized speaking and listening English.
When I did not know how speaks and listens, I tried associating with internationals every single day.
Finally, I could make lots of international friends and communicate with them.
For this reason, I prefer talking to foreigners to others.
Memorization is not a good way.
We must think only in english to speak english well.
so we need many communication with native speakers.
